The City will be hosting a workshop with developers, builders and housing providers to continue the conversation on how we can improve processes related to development and building permits and assisting small business to thrive in the City.
Board and Executive members of the Community Association Land Use Committees are invited to attend.
When: July 10, 1:30 – 4 p.m. (doors open at 1)
Where: Saanich Room, Victoria Conference Centre, 713 Douglas Street
Topics: Attendees will participate in two of four topics.
1. Business Hub – Making Business easier in the City
2. Building/Electrical/Plumbing Permits
3. Engineering Plan Review Stage (Prior to Building Permit Issuance)
4. Construction to Building Completion (After Building Permit Issuance)
