2201, 2203 and 2205 Chambers Street

This is the Official Community Meeting concerning the proposed rezoning of this property.   Currently there are three legal non-conforming buildings on this one lot that is zoned C1-CR (Commercial-Residential District)  which permits commercial space on the ground floor with residential above.  The three houses on this lot are legal non-conforming with 2201 Chambers having a business on the main floor.

The owners want to divide the property into three lots.  2201 Chambers would retain its commercial use on the ground floor with residential above.  2203 and 2205 Chambers would be single family homes with secondary suites.  All three existing houses will be preserved.

At this public meeting the owner’s will answer questions and provide details about this proposed rezoning.
