At this meeting we will be discussing next steps as we prepare to work with the City in developing Fernwood’s new Neighbourhood Plan.
Monday May 14, 2018 (7 PM at 1923 Fernwood Road)
At this meeting three requested parking variances that are working their way towards a public hearing will be reviewed.
- 1284 Gladstone Ave is asking to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 36 to 24.
- 1913/1915 Fernwood Road is asking to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 6 to 4.
- 1159 View Street is asking to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 6 to 4.
Rockland Neighbourhood Association
Attached is a letter from the Rockland Neighbourhood Association concerning the Public Hearing scheduled for this Thursday (April 26, 2018) concerning 1201 Fort Street/ and 1050 Pentrelew Place (former site of the Victoria Truth Centre).
Anyone interested in this proposal is entitled to provide their comments at the Public Hearing which will be held on Thursday, 26 April at 6:30pm in Victoria City Hall’s Council Chambers.
Your input can also be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can drop off your written feedback at Victoria City Hall. Correspondence should be received by 11 a.m. the day before the Council meeting.
